My personal story
My name is Adrian, I am a husband and father in my forties, living in Germany. I am not a professional athlete or trainer – just an average person who decided to change his lifestyle for the sake of his health and his family.
At 45, I was overweight, had high blood pressure, and felt tired most of the time. I stopped drinking alcohol and smoking, reduced my sugar intake to a minimum, stopped eating fast food, and focused on real food, vegetables, fruits, and simple, home-cooked meals. Step by step, I introduced intermittent fasting (16/8) and regular exercise—mainly bodyweight exercises and some weight training—while working full-time and taking care of my family.
